1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, purchasing products/services, participating in referral activities, or using any feature of Life Lakshya, you agree to comply with all policies, compensation plans, refund policies, and terms issued by the Company.

2. About Life Lakshya

Life Lakshya is a smart platform designed to help individuals save more, earn more, and grow more through quality products, services, educational opportunities, student benefits, cashback offers, discounts, and referral rewards.

The platform connects members with trusted vendors, institutes, hostels, food providers, merchants, and service partners offering affordable and valuable solutions.

3. Eligibility

• Any individual can join the Life Lakshya platform.
• Members must provide accurate information.
• The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application.
• Participation is voluntary.

4. One Person - One ID Policy

• Multiple IDs under the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Duplicate IDs may be identified through PAN, Aadhaar, Mobile Number, Email, Bank Account, UPI, Device or other verification methods.
• Duplicate accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice.
• Any associated rewards, cashback, commissions, or benefits may be cancelled.

6. Vendor Product & Service Policy

Products and services available on the platform may be provided by independent vendors, institutes, merchants, restaurants, hostels, educational partners, or service providers.

• Product quality remains the responsibility of the vendor.
• Availability is subject to vendor inventory and service capacity.
• Vendors may accept or reject orders.
• Life Lakshya acts as a platform facilitator.

7. Referral Income & Rewards

• Members may earn referral rewards as per the Company Compensation Plan.
• Income is not guaranteed.
• Referral benefits depend on actual transactions and qualifying conditions.
• The Company may revise or update the compensation plan at any time.

8. Refund & Promo Wallet Policy

• No refund will be transferred to Bank Account, UPI, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
• Promo Wallet balance can be used for future purchases.
• Promo Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
• Referral income and cashback may already have been distributed at the time of order placement.

9. Earnings Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee any fixed income, profit, commission, cashback, or referral earnings. Individual results vary based on effort, participation, referrals, purchases, and market conditions.

10. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple IDs.
• Providing false information.
• Fraudulent transactions.
• Manipulation of referral systems.
• Misrepresentation of products or services.
• Abuse of promotional offers or cashback programs.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Life Lakshya reserves the right to suspend, freeze, terminate, or permanently block any account involved in fraud, duplicate registration, abuse, policy violations, or activities harmful to the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

Lifelakshya Infomate Private Limited shall not be liable for vendor delays, service interruptions, product defects, technical failures, indirect losses, or business losses arising from the use of the platform.

13. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions, Compensation Plan, Vendor Policy, or Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
