1. Introduction
Life Lakshya is committed to providing a transparent and fair experience
to all members using our platform for products, services, educational
programs, student benefits, accommodation services, food services,
cashback offers, and referral rewards.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are processed for transactions
made through the Life Lakshya platform.
2. Vendor-Based Marketplace Policy
Life Lakshya works with independent vendors, merchants, educational
institutions, service providers, hostels, restaurants, and business partners.
Products and services displayed on the platform may be offered by these
third-party vendors and partners.
3. Order Rejection or Cancellation by Vendor
If a vendor rejects, cancels, or fails to fulfill an order, the paid amount
shall be refunded to the member's Promo Wallet.
- Vendor rejects the order.
- Product becomes unavailable.
- Service cannot be delivered.
- Vendor cancels the order.
- Operational issues prevent order fulfillment.
4. Promo Wallet Refund System
Eligible refund amounts will be credited to the member's
Life Lakshya Promo Wallet.
Members can use Promo Wallet funds for:
- Purchasing other products.
- Booking services available on the platform.
- Educational courses and training programs.
- Student accommodation and hostel services.
- Food and dining services.
- Future vendor purchases.
5. No Bank Refund Policy
Refunds will NOT be transferred to any Bank Account, UPI ID,
Debit Card, Credit Card, Wallet, or any external payment method.
Life Lakshya operates a referral reward and cashback system.
At the time of order placement, referral commissions, cashback,
network rewards, and promotional benefits may already be distributed
to eligible members and their upline network.
Therefore, refunding the amount back to the original payment source
is not operationally feasible and is not supported under the platform's
Terms & Conditions.
6. Customer Cancellation Requests
If a member requests cancellation after order confirmation,
approval shall depend upon the respective vendor's cancellation policy.
If cancellation is approved, the eligible amount shall be credited
only to the member's Promo Wallet.
7. Cashback & Referral Benefits
Cashback, referral income, rewards, promotional incentives,
discounts, and commissions associated with an order may be adjusted,
reversed, modified, or recalculated whenever required.
Life Lakshya reserves the right to recover or deduct any benefits
credited against cancelled, fraudulent, or reversed transactions.
8. Non-Transferable Wallet Balance
- Promo Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- Promo Wallet balance cannot be transferred to another member.
- Promo Wallet balance cannot be converted into bank balance.
- Promo Wallet balance can only be used within the Life Lakshya platform.
9. Fraud Prevention
Life Lakshya reserves the right to reject, suspend, reverse,
or withhold any refund request arising from:
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Duplicate accounts.
- Misuse of promotional schemes.
- Referral abuse.
- Violation of Company policies.
- Suspicious activities.
10. Policy Updates
Lifelakshya Infomate Private Limited reserves the right to modify,
update, revise, or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform shall be considered acceptance
of the updated policy.
Important Notice:
By placing an order on the Life Lakshya platform, the member acknowledges
and agrees that if a vendor rejects, cancels, or fails to fulfill the order,
the refund amount shall be credited only to the member's Promo Wallet and
shall not be refunded to any Bank Account, UPI Account, Debit Card,
Credit Card, or any external payment source.
